Yesterday I got to spend some time in a library with my children. This particular library featured some tables with dry-erase surface, where library-goers could draw, write, do some figuring, etc. I watched as the little hands of my children set to work, allowing me a view into their thoughts. As I watched I realized that my daughter was creating a beautiful picture to showcase the text of John 8:12. I was so proud that, given a blank slate, what she chose to express was a scripture that testified to her Savior and her hope.

Lord, give us clean hearts filled with Your desires. Change our hearts and minds to see and to think like You do. Remind us by Your Spirit that You have justified us and made us righteous, and that we can walk in perfect unbroken fellowship with You because of Jesus.
