What would your wife say, if she was the kind to tell? What does she know that no one else does? Is she another part of your life, or do you share a life with her? We vow to give ourselves to our wives. What are our wives getting? What emotional response does our arrival home from work evoke?
The people around us may perceive many things, but what does only she know? Is the love that only she knows the best of you, or is it the bitter remnant of a heart divided between other loves?
Do you trust the Lord your God? Then, love her like He commanded, and watch what happens.
