Why They Did What They Did

It's tempting right now to rip Barack Obama to shreds over his comments from Hiroshima this week concerning the use of the A-bomb in WWII, and his roundabout disparagement of the characters of our military heroes who actually saved the world.  But, I won't.  Instead I'll let President Truman speak for himself:  "I don't care what the crybabies say now, because they didn't have to make the decision." This Memorial Day, take time to understand the lesson that they taught us, why they did what they did.  Evil is real.  Right and wrong are real.  Evil will go as far as it is allowed, and it is not afraid to test its boundaries.  Real men must look to the Lord to learn what he said is good and right.  Real men must stand on that Word and push evil back, even at the cost of their own lives, in order to keep it from their homes.
